Hong Kong Reef Fish Conservation Initiative

The aim of this project is to monitor the fishery resources within local waters, particularly in the eastern part of Hong Kong where most coral communities inhabit. This project provides information on the diversity, abundance and size of reef fishes in local waters. Public education is fulfilled through seminars, photo exhibitions and the participation in fish surveys by the general public. This project has been started since 2006.
